Private Event Packages

Booking Procedures:

 

  • Minimum of 8 people required per private event. 

  • 20% deposit on estimated numbers is due in order to secure a date.  

  • Final payment, along with confirmed participants, are due 4 days prior to the event. 

  • Additional travel costs may be applicable for offsite events.

Private Workshop Cancellation Policy

​

 

  • No Refunds: All payments for Private Workshops are non-refundable.

  • Credits for Cancellations or Date Changes: If you need to cancel or change the date of your workshop, a full credit towards a future workshop will be issued if the request is made at least 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellations or Date Changes Within 2-7 Days: Cancellations or requests to change the reservation date made between 2 to 7 days prior to the event will incur an administration and re-booking fee of $25+GST. The remaining balance will be credited for future use.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.

  • Written Notice: All cancellation or date change requests must be provided in writing to sales@kamloopsartparty.com.
